I get it because I’ve been there, too. During my own pregnancy, I learned how much staying active, mindful, and supported impacted my birth and recovery. But I also know the messy side. The doubts, the identity shifts, and those “am I doing this right?” moments that every mom feels.

That’s why I’m passionate about working with women through this season!

As your prenatal and postnatal fitness coach, I’ll help you stay active during pregnancy, prepare your body for birth, and safely rebuild strength postpartum with movement that’s realistic and effective and whole food nutrition.
